In the beginning!
“Dear God, I can’t do this. It’s just too hard!”
I remember crying out to God those very words, during those first grievious weeks after my only son left for the mission field. Over the 7 1/2 years since I began writing this blog, I have experienced exchanging my weakness for God’s strength repeatedly.
So I offer this page as an easy reference of my first posts to parents sending off their children for the first time to lands far far away. May my offer of transparency into my life as a missionary’s mom provide the encouragement you need.
